Job Brief: The Internal Auditor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal procedures and controls. Accuracy in the financial processes of the company, identifying risks within the organization, and taking proactive actions to mitigate or manage such. The job holder shall be tasked with improving business performance through risk management and control.

Core responsibility shall be:

  • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
  • Evaluating financial statements and assessing accounts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee risk-based audits covering project, operational and financial processes.
  • Performing internal audit cycles for the project team and other departments, as scheduled.
  • Planning effective auditing processes/cycles and reporting on internal audit investigations findings errors, and fraud, and recommending corrective measures.
  • Developing and implementing internal auditing processes, policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, developing, and implementing new control systems that optimize operations or utilize new technologies.
  • Examining records, reports, receipts, or other documents and comparing them to company assets and liabilities
  • Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other interested parties.

Qualification

  • First degree in Internal Auditing or Accounting from a recognized institution
  • Professional certification in recognized audit institutes
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Internal/External Auditing

Job Brief:

 

Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities. Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.

  • Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
  • Client Key Account Management
  • New account generation (HHNI, HNI, Middle-Class Cadres)
  • Client retention management
  • Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales

Skills & Competencies

Designation: Site Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Lagos, Island

Job Brief: The Site Engineer shall be responsible for managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. The job holder would be saddled with the responsibility of planning and overseeing the construction and rebuilding as well as the maintenance of ongoing projects.

Core responsibility shall be:

  • Ensuring that all the work is carried out in accordance with specific regulatory standards by playing a quality assurance role and providing timely feedback
  • Reviewing of all construction drawings and preparing direct labor and material schedule.
  • Supervision of the laying and setting out of buildings.
  • Being responsible for the implementation of all building works on site.
  • Preparing of sketches as may be required by the team on site
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs as required
  • Supervision of workmen, artisans, and general organization of work on construction sites from project set out to finish in line with the conceptual designs and framework.
  • Ensure all construction policies, guidelines, and HSE policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Comply with safety operating practices and assessed operational procedures in line with global best practices.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals such as the quantity surveyors and the Project Managers.

 

Qualification

  • First degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Basic professional certifications which should include HSE
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer.
  • Experience in working to agreed targets within a commercial environment
  • Experience in providing high-level consultancy advice for high rise residential and commercial buildings
