Every subscriber is expected to pay at least once within 3 consecutive month’s basis even after the initial deposit except for other agreed payment plan; non-payment will lead to outright revocation.

WILL THE ESTATE BE RUN BY DRADROCK REAL ESTATE LTD OR THE INDIVIDUAL?

The Apartments will be Managed by an appointed facility Manager by Dradrock, while the Terraces will be managed by individual investors.
