Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive OfficerOladipo Pius Idowu-Agida is an innovator and a disruptive aficionado with over 12 years’ experience in the real estate sector.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom, Oladipo’s Education and expertise spans various aspects of Real Estate, including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Strategy Operations, Client Relationship Management, Construction, and Project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Guardian and counseling/ Political Science from the University of Ibadan, a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Lagos; an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School, and several other degrees from Pan-Atlantic University Nigeria and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
With a rare and remarkable passion for people and capacity building, he continues to pursue excellence in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

Emmanuel Mabawonku
Chief Financial OfficerEmmanuel Mabawonku is a chartered accountant, financial auditor, tax consultant, and corporate governance advisor with over 14 years of experience which traverses different sectors and organizations.
He is currently the Chief Finance Officer of Dradrock Real Estate Limited where he oversees the accounts, tax, finance, and audit arm of the business.
Emmanuel started his career as an accountant at General Maritime Oil Services, from where he moved to Solitaire Energy and Gas Limited as Head of Accounts. In his pursuit of more challenging opportunities and job roles, Emmanuel moved to Connect Rail Limited, an indigenous rail haulage, infrastructure, and transport logistics support company. He most recently worked with Chams PLC, as the Head of accounts and moved to one of Nigeria’s biggest leasing companies, Aquila Capital
Emmanuel attended the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, where he got a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also attended many trainings such as the ICAN Competency Initiative, practical IT Audit School, Sage One cloud accounting training, and as well as the certified financial institute.
His core competencies are in the area of, IT infrastructure, Financial Audit, Corporate Governance, IFRS & taxation, with very vast knowledge of business advisory services and guidance on strategic issues (business expansion, new opportunities, and diversification), Tax and Finance audit readiness and compliance, analyzing growth on a year on year basis using financial metrics, financial planning and modeling, venture capital processes.
He is a member of the Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers.
Emmanuel is a team player and a positive influence within the organization.
Taiwo Alonge
General Manager. Business Growth (Operations, & Diaspora)Taiwo Alonge is an astute Customer Service Professional with over 10 years work experience leading and managing various arms of customer service (Customer Service Operation, Payment Collections, Call Centre Management, Customer Engagement, telesales and client relationship management) Her experience over the decade traverses Customer Service and people Management for customer retention and loyalty, brand recognition and reputation management.
She is currently the General Manager, Operations and Business Growth at Dradrock Real Estate Limited, where she oversees the total business operations of the organization and sales growth majorly across the diaspora markets; and has put in place strategies for effective customer experience across the real Estate value chain.
Taiwo is also renowned for developing virtual sales strategies for the outbound telesales team for high-ticket transaction closure, revenue generation, instalment collections and recovery.
She is a graduate of Industrial and Labour Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University; and certified as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN), Certified Service Professional (ICSP- Service Quality Institute, USA) and ISO. She also trained in Project Management, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Impression management, Leadership among others.
She has been severally recognized for her outstanding roles in customer engagement, conflict resolution and team management. She also served in other capacities as a sales manager on specific big tickets transactions.
Anthony Okeleke
Head. Strategy & GrowthAnthony has over a decade of experience as a salesperson, relationship manager and growth hacker, He brings on board an experience of over a decade in the Banking, FMCG, Direct Marketing, and construction sectors.
He holds a BSc from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State and he is a member of the Certified Sales and Marketing Professionals, Chartered Institute of Marketing.
He has international training experiences in Sales and customer retention, Growth hacking, and revenue generation from ABBOT Training institute in Netherlands, and also training in South Africa
Paschaline Orans’-Nwankwo
Head. Business GrowthPaschaline is a charismatic and passionate salesperson with over 8 years experience in Sales and business development.
She is currently head of Business Growth at Dradrock Real Estate Limited, before assuming the role as the Head of Business Growth at Dradrock, she had worked in various capacities, such as senior sales executive, Team lead, sales, and most recently as the head of institutional and corporate sales
Also, prior to her joining Dradrock, Paschaline had worked in Medallion events and marketing Limited, and Grenadines Homes Limited where she held different job roles for these organizations
Paschaline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She also holds certifications in Business Writing from Regency Business School, and with Hathan Hayford Consulting having passed through its management development program. This is alongside some Managerial Training from different training institutes.
Temidayo Idowu-Agida
Head, Marketing Communications and BrandingHe heads the Marketing department of Dradrock Real Estate Limited, Dayo comes with an experience of over a decade that spans across Journalism, Public Relations and Marketing Communications, where he excelled before attaining his present role. Temidayo holds a BA and an MA degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan.
Onome Akporherhe
Head, People and CultureOnome is a multi-skilled Human Resource Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Benin. Her vast experience cuts across managing core Human Resource functions from strategy to operations in diverse industries such as, Telecommunication, Consultancy, Retail & Distribution sales.
Onome is an advocate for continuous learning and development of people, systems and processes and this value steers her drive to acquire knowledge as she is an Associate member of, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and has acquired relevant certifications and trainings from reputable institutes.
